This amazing 18th-century chateau is located a few minutes away from Matha and offers 350 m2 of living space. The castle is set in nearly 30 hectares of grassland with a river crossing the property, a farmhouse of about 150 m² (currently occupied), a house of about 150 m² on two levels, and lovely wine houses.
On the ground floor, you’ll see a spacious entrance with a stone staircase, a bright and large living room of 75 m² with fireplace, a large study, a living room with wooden panels and an 18th-century fireplace, and an ancient kitchen with an insert.
On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms – one with double windows on the backside, one with a shower room and washbasin, one on the front side with a balcony, a small one with a dressing, and the last one with a lift arrival. There is also a shower room, a separate WC, and a staircase leading to a cute attic.
Outside there are two outbuildings. The first one is composed of a large living/dining room of 90 m² with an ancient kitchen and central fireplace, a staircase leading to 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom.
